Inside

SKINOS Villa is a stand-alone stone house, built with traditional methods and craftsmanship, with stones which were excavated from the fields of Agios Petros. It spreads across two floors which are connected by an internal staircase.
On the first floor, where the main entrance is located, there is a minimal, elegant and bright living room/kitchen, with excellent sea views, as well as a small WC room. The internal staircase of SKINOS Villa leads to the ground floor, in a large bedroom with a double bed and a unique view of the sea. The bedroom has a modern and simple design, spectacular views to the blue sea and a spacious private toilet.

Outside

SKINOS Villa is accessed via a private road that leads to a private car park area. At this level, the outer space of the house blends into the natural landscape. Two large terraces, next to the main entrance offer plenty of room for dining or relaxing on the deck chairs. Moreover, a private space with hanging lounger and swing, shaded by koumaro* and skinos** trees, makes the place ideal for endless hours of relaxation!
On the ground level, the external door of the bedroom gives access to a private terrace as well as to a private road and then to a trail that leads to the quiet beach of Agios Petros.
